I’m a board newbie! Which one should I start with?

The great thing about boards is you can truly make them your own and they will always turn out great!  But if you’re a true board novice, start with an 18" x 12" board for the versatile option to serve the family a meal or an appetizer to a crowd. The 20" round board is another great one to easily entertain at least eight people with.

 

 How do I get free shipping on my order?

All orders are shipped for free! No promo code necessary.

 

Please note that orders are not shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or national holidays. At this time, we only ship within the continental U.S. but hope to expand our shipping options soon! 

 

Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. 

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking info. It’s separate from your order confirmation email, so be sure to keep an eye out!

 

How can I return an item?

You can return any new, undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. We will only accept items that are still in their original packaging and have not been used in any way. Please email us to get the process started or with any questions  — we’re always happy to help! 

 

Can I buy a board as a gift?

Absolutely, and 100% recommended! Be sure to select that the item(s) is a gift during checkout to add a gift message if you’d like. 

 

What is the best way to care for my board?

To clean your board, simply scrub with lukewarm water and dish soap. Dry immediately. Treat your board every 3-6 months or so with food-safe mineral oil and wax (or more often if it starts to look rough or dry) to keep your board looking beautiful.

From what type of wood are the boards made?

All of the boards are made from locally sourced Oklahoma walnut or cherry wood.
